I started Straight Arrow IT with a vision of providing clients the kind of service they expect – fast, friendly, and affordable. Technology should make your life easier, not harder. When you hire me, you do so with the knowledge that I will do everything possible to make sure you’re satisfied. If you’re not happy, neither am I.
I am an IT Coordinator overseeing a network of 25 users. I am responsible for everything from budgeting to server installation. If something is not right, I’m the one who figures out how to fix it. Being the sole IT person, I am very good at researching what’s wrong and finding appropriate solutions.
I’m open and honest so I know I can’t be everything to everyone. I have a full-time job and this is my side business. My focus is strictly businesses too small for their own IT staff. You might ask why are my IT support rates much lower than local consulting firms? I don’t have the overhead of a building to pay for or the staff to put in it. I am the staff and my home is the building. I believe small businesses deserve quality IT support at an affordable price.
What does all that mean to you? Unfortunately, for urgent issues I may not be able to help you as quickly as you’d like. While I have a flexible schedule and most Fridays off, I cannot guarantee that I’ll be available. I can guarantee you I’ll do everything possible to accommodate you, but in the event I cannot, I will be more than happy to recommend someone to you.
